Payment Options
Choose from secure online credit card processing, payment by check or purchase
orders. Check
orders must use the order form in the 'Order by Fax/Mail' section. Full payment must
be included with the order form. Checks should be made out to Spirit Squad and
sent to: Spirit Squad, 15009 Held Circle, Cold Spring, MN 56320. Credit
cards will be validated when you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when the order is processed. Orders are not processed until it is determined that we can meet your deadline (if you provide one) or until we determine that we can fill the order. Your credit card statement will read Serenity Pond, Inc./Spirit Squad. Spirit Squad is a wholly owned company of Serenity Pond, Inc.
Purchase Orders
Orders can be submitted (via mail or fax) for a school or approved organization (organizations must complete an application) with a valid
purchase order and will be billed to your school or organization. Please include
a contact person at the school or organization who can verify the purchase order
number. Or, include a letter authorizing us to accept the order.All Purchase Order payments are due within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Return Policy
Refunds or exchanges on certain merchandise will be provided if merchandise is returned within
15 days of shipping. Refunds will be for the purchase price of
the item. Shipping will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Briefs and shoes may not be returned. Poms may not be returned or exchanged since they are
custom made to your specifications. Videos and books also may not be
returned. If an item is returned and a replacement item is requested, the customer has two options: A) Return item according to policy. Once item is received by Spirit Squad, a replacement item will be shipped. B) Indicate item will be returned to Spirit Squad. A replacement item will be shipped immediately and charged to your card. A credit to your card will be processed once the original item is determined to be in resellable condition.
Shoe Return Policy
1. Call Spirit Squad for exchange approval.
2. Be certain shoes have not been worn and have no markings on soles or uppers.
3. Be certain the complete insert color pack is included.
4. Package the shoes in the box and place the shoe box in a shipping box for shipment.
5. Shoes not shipped in the manner described above and not in "new" condition will not be exchanged or refunded.
6. New shoes will not be sent until previously purchased shoes are received and inspected. Alternatively, you may charge new shoes and your account will be credited for already purchased shoes, once they are received and inspected by Spirit Squad.
Backorders
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email. A tentative ship date will be offered.
Privacy Policy
Any information provided by customers will be used solely to fill orders and
receive payment. Customer information is never sold, traded or provided to
anyone for any other purpose.

Although there has been a lot of media hype about internet security, the fact
is that shopping online is no less safe than ordering over the phone, through a
catalog or even making a purchase at your local department store. All types of
companies must process credit card transactions over the phone lines just like

for any merchandise or service. Our store uses Yahoo! software which deletes
credit card numbers from the database 30 days after your purchase! Also, Yahoo
